An A+ For Customer Service


I probably shouldn't be advertising this because I don't want to create undue expectations, but I was impressed with the repair service I received when I sent in my OM-D E-M1.  The eyepiece somehow got jarred loose and  broke off, even inside my protected bag. I then proceeded to lose it altogether.  The camera was under warranty so I sent it in, hoping they would fix it for me. I also mentioned that the bezel had some scuffs, entirely of my own doing.  Here's what they did:  


Plate dial decoration Eye cap unit Complete repair Auto focus test, check, recalibration and alignment Firmware download: corrections and adjustments; address values measured and adjusted Complete cleaning (internal and external).

Wow. I feel like I got a new camera!
