Day 45 - Empty Offices
We walk past this building about four times a week on one of our walks. It’s on California Avenue on the steep incline where the street ascends from Alki Beach. It’s a new building. Just finished - well, pre-pandemic. We thought it was an apartment building because well every single building along this row is purely apartments, all stacked on top of each other and piled next to each other to get a view across the bay to downtown Seattle. But apparently, this is also an office building. Or maybe we are peeking at the sales office or the “business lounge” of the apartment/condo complex? Stay tuned. We’ll find out for you. Promise.
